Sport is my whole life - work and passion. For many years I have been practicing aerial acrobatic and training in the gym. I conducted classes for many sport and acrobatics group.
I prepared footballers for training in the field of development.
I was doing fitness classes on the trampolin.
I'm a double semifinalist of the “Got Talent” program.
I participated in FIBO Essen with Trec Nutrition.
I'm cancer survivor after two years therapy, so believe me everything is possible.
I'm certified PERSONAL TRAINER and PFS Stretching INSTRUCTOR® with many years of experience in group and individual training.
I have knowledge in the field of dietetics and supplementation.
I am creative, always adapting to the client's goals, I try to understand them as best. I take care to ensure that my trainings are not boring and monotonous.
Trainings with me do not belong to light, but the effects are astounding.
